I just have a quick post today because I need to get back to work on my #sketchbookproject for the Brooklyn Art Library and download photos to edit from my camera.
A friend of mine out in Portland, Oregon sent me some wonderful hardware a couple of years ago that I had not found a use for in my studio. When I purchased a giant storage cabinet last year with boring wooden knobs, I knew I would be putting these lovely handles to use.
I have painted the body of the cabinet and the fronts of the top two drawers. The first set of hardware was a little tricky for me, but I managed to get them installed with only one mistake in measurements. I think the handles look lovely and I am now able to store all of my stamping supplies together, within easy reach of my work desk.
The sun finally came out here, so I am having trouble sitting still. Luckily, I have a lovely view of the woods from my work desk. I hope you all have a wonderful day.
